I focus on tailored 121 sessions, with a collaborative approach, providing strategies and tools to manage your thoughts and emotions. Coaching isn't like counseling where you focus on events of the past, coaching looks forwards, identifying areas of your life you want to improve. We can examine areas where you feel stuck to help you move forward. I will help you reach your goals by challenging negative self-talk, looking at long-term behavioural change and creating achievable new habits.
Step by step, I will help you shift your thought processes and develop resilience and a more positive outlook. I'll provide you with the techniques and tools you need so that you'll be equipped to tackle things yourself by the end of our coaching sessions. You'll feel able to navigate modern-day life stressors calmly without them taking hold.
