Happier State is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any personal information you submit to me, whether through the “contact us” form or over the phone, will only be used to create an account if you begin working with me. Any notes I take during our sessions will be used to help develop your personalised coaching plan. This processing is based on our coaching contract.

To deliver a specialized, tailored service, I may collect and process the following data: - Contact details (name, email, phone number) - Session notes Your personal data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. Once our coaching is complete, your file will be deleted 6 months after our working relationship has ended. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me at happierstate@outlook.com
